“The nurse remembered my name. I didn’t expect that to matter this much.”
A circle for grateful patients. The words in this room are for this life, not for everyone.
One gratitude course for everyone stays generic. A circle is a smaller room — patients, caregivers, students, athletes — where the words, the audio, and the person leading already know your situation.

Circles
The practice holds. The words have to change. Patients do not need language written for athletes, and caregivers do not need a course written for everybody. Each circle keeps the practice and speaks the way that group already talks, so trust has somewhere to start.
If you work with patients, caregivers, students, or athletes, open a circle on your own address. Use their words, and charge for the room.
From private, to the room, to someone else.
The journal, the courses, and the audio stay here. SayThanks is where gratitude leaves the room. saythanks.org
